Yarn storage device (YMDS yarn control system)

It uses a brushless DC motor processed by a microprocessor, and the amount of yarn stored is monitored by a sensor. The speed of the winding motor is adjusted according to the amount of yarn used to ensure that the yarn does not roll. The magnetic device at the yarn outlet ensures the yarn output resistance. (The yarn feeder and yarn storage device are optional according to the machine model)

Cams

The core braiding component is made of imported wear-resistant steel. After being manufactured and ground by a high-speed machining center, its surface finish is almost mirror-like, which greatly reduces the wear on the pins and effectively improves the braiding efficiency of the machine.
